The breakfast spread was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Dinner food and service were excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious prawns and mutton. Quiet surroundings. Courteous doormen. Efficient trip organization assistance.

All was good except checkout process. despite my request @ 7.00 AM to prepare my bill, the same was not ready post I finished my breakfast at 7.45 as the reception guy was waiting for a confirmation from the housekeeping guy about the use of minibar. After waiting for another 15-20 min the bill got ready. Very disappointing and never seen such kind of delay. If you don't have adequate staff, better to not keep anything in mini bar.

Noise when trying to sleep - music and noise associated with weddings on 3 nights of my stay which, while ceasing at a reasonable time for a wedding, was followed by guests making noise in the corridors (including children running up and down making noise) until early hours of the morning.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to the local market. the proximity to the airport was also a big plus. the food was exceptional, truly one of the best in the area. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all necessary facilities. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

Some areas of the hotel were in need of maintenance, such as the bathrooms which showed signs of aging.

Excellent service and assistance. One incident where my daughter fell ill and the staff were pretty good too help us. Appreciated the good discount through yatra. The hotel is situated in a posh area with convenient access to nearby hotels and Ola cabs. The swimming pool is amazing, and the food in the three restaurants is tasty with a discount for in-house guests.

The location of this hotel is great as it's very close to the airport, making it convenient for us to travel. The food was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. the hotel facilities were very clean and we were impressed with the level of cleanliness.

Had a great Easter experience at a hotel in Bhubaneswar. the location was perfect, close to many tourist attractions, and easily accessible. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to all our needs. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was really enjoyable.

The hotel could use an upgrade - some areas appeared dated and could use some TLC. the smell of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming at times.

The hotel is situated in a great area, close to several other top-rated hotels, and there's a beautiful park nearby as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are very cozy. The staff is simply amazing, always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. The food is fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet, with a wide range of tasty dishes to choose from.

There were a few issues with the service, especially with the laundry and the room service, which tended to take a bit too long. , the hot water supply was a bit unpredictable, which made it difficult to take a shower without risking getting scalded.

the Spa and wellness centre was a true gem with its range of treatments that instantly relaxed me. the garden area provided a peaceful environment to unwind. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offered an extensive menu of local cuisine. the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening drink and the outdoor dining area provided a pleasant ambiance.

the food provided did not meet my dietary requirements.
